Appointment, by Dorothy Ives, of Chepping Wycombe, widow, of John Towne, of Bledlow, gentleman, as her attorney to be admitted to Bottom Farme house at Bledlowridge with the closes or parcels of land and woodground called Cooms hills, Middle Crofts, Home Close, High Field, Palmer's Hill acre and Ninnings, Great Seere Hill, Little Seere Hill, Bancroft and Nash Croft, conditionally surrendered for £630 by [Ralph] (should read Richard) Stone of Bledlowridge, butcher, to the said Dorothy. Thomas Newell has paid Dorothy £681 5s for the premises.
