J J Harper, Bledlow Risboro', to Rev George Bethel, bursar, forwarded to Sea Houses, Eastbourne, Sussex, stating, in answer to Mr Batchelor's inquiry, that there is no business to occasion the holding of a court. " I do not think there is the lease probability that your lessee Mr Spiers will renew his lease. I am inform'd he will not advane another shilling on the property which is now encumber'd with a debt of £3080."
