Copy of an order, 15 June 1610, by Mr Justice Williams, Dr Hunt, and Dr Hickman in a suit in the King's bench between James Raunc, plaintiff, and Henry Savile, Knight, Thomas Cleydon and William Bigge, defendants. The court, being informed by Richard Moore, being of the plaintiff's counsel, that the plaintiff is suing Bigge and Cleydon for certain copyhold lands in Bledlowe belonging to Eton College, orders that a subpoena with a ducens tecum be awarded against Sir Henry Savile to bring into the court the court rolls of the manor of Bledlow of the 22nd and 23rd years of the reign of Elizabeth that the plaintiff may peruse the same.
