Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to George Tucker, of Milton by Gravesend, esquire, of the site of the manor of Bawdwins near Dartford, co. Kent, and two woods called Okeholtes containing 76 acres and a wood called Bowgshill and all other woods belonging to the manor and lordship of Bawdwins, except wards, marriages, fines, heriots, reliefs, waifs, strays and perquisites of court and leets.
From Lady day last for 21 years. Rent £8 17s 10d and 5 quarters of wheat and 11 quarters 1 bushel of malt or their money equivalent.
