Witnesses: Richard Oakeley, Christopher Rose.
Seal, oval, 13 x 11mm, impressed beneath paper turn-over. A tree between R and O.
It is presumed that this document is connected with the College estate at Creeting, where Richard Oakeley, gentleman, served as deputy steward at this period.
