Confirmation by Hubert Walter, archbishop of Canterbury, to the monastery of St Victor en Caux of all its possessions in England viz. the manor of Humlavintona (Hullavington, co. Wilts) and the church of the said manor and the church of Serendana (Surrendell in Hullavington); a tenant (hospes) at Mamesberia (Malmesbury, co. Wilts); the church of Strafella (Stratfield Mortimer, co. Berks); with the land pertaining and all the tithe of the whole demesne of Hugh Mortimer there, the tithes of his pannage there and at Christmas a pig of medium size, and from his wood as much as is necessary for repairing the church or houses of the monks there and for firewood, and pasture for twelve oxen and the tithes of all Hugh's men in the said vill of Strafella; the church of Ordia (Headbourne Worthy, co. Hants) and pasture there for twelve oxen and a hundred sheep and the tithe of the mill; the manor of Claford (Claford, co. Wilts); at Bertona (Barton Stacey, co Hants) a hide of arable and seven cottars; at Serventon (Swarraton, co Hants) the tithe of all the demesne of Ralph de Walterivilla and the land of Blackemannus; at Sumborna (King's Somborne, co. Hants) two parts of the tithe of all the demesne and one cottar; at Nortona (Norton in Selbourne, co. Hants) the tithe of the demesne of Evrard; at Badesliam (North Baddesley, co. Hants) the church and tithe; at Boteliam (Botely, co Hants) and Otoburna (Otterbourn, co. Hants) the tithe of Robert and of the mill. The same had been confirmed by R sometime archbishop of Canterbury.
