Content description
Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to Morgan Appryce, of Eton, servingman, for £13 6s 8d of a portion of tythe called Bryansacre alias Bryanstythe, to be gathered within the fields of Elcombe in the parish of Wrowghton, co. Wilts. From Michaelmas 1581, or whenever a lease to Thomas Wylkes shall expire, for 20 years. Rent 7s 6d and 4 bushels of malt.
