Content description
Articles of agreement between William Day, clerk, and Anthony Langston, of Bisiter, gentleman. Various suits and controversies between Day and Sir Charles Blount concerning the tythes of the manors of Gurney and Chawses were due for a hearing in the Exchequer, but by reason of the wars and the death of Sir Charles were not heard. Now for the settlement of the differences between Day and Michael Blount, esquire, son and heir of the said Charles, and a minor, it is agreed between Day and Langston, on behalf of Blount.
