Copy of memorandum of agreement, between John Hawtrey, clerk, and Lyster Blount, esquire, concerning the tythes of the latter's meadows and pastures, Blount claiming that a modus of 20s a year only is due. It is agreed that the lands should be valued by Lawrence Lord and John Blagrave, gentleman, and certain rates (detailed) are agreed upon for this year in lieu of tythes, which shall not in any way be prejudicial to either's claim.
