Counterpart of lease, by John Hawtrey, clerk, to Lyster Blount, esquire, of all tythes of woods, woodlands and underwoods tythable on all his woods belonging to the vicarage of Mapledurham viz. Chawsey wood, Dudsom wood, Goodboyes coppice, Beech grove, Upper lands coppice, Currs coppice, Greene Deane coppice, Symonds his shawes, Great Fanners coppice, Blackalls coppice, Benwells coppice, the Parke wood, Tovies coppice and Freemans coppice, and all manner of tythes in right of the vicarage on the demesne pastures and meadows of the manor of Mapledurham (described), and all small tythes of the manor house of Gurney, except the tythe of wool and lambs; and lease of all tythes on the piece of meadow or pasture called the Deere Course and on that piece of ground in the Park adjoining the garden wall called the Nursery of Grove. From Michaelmas last for 3 years. Rent £28.
