William Day v. Sir Charles Blunt et al., for the recovery of the rights of the Church. 1639.
Testimony of John Wild and others, that Sir Charles Blunt has depopulated and pulled down some tenements not long since in the occupation of copyholders, the land thereof being laid to the lord's demesnes to the great inconvenience of the vicar.
