Copy of part of the answer of Sir Charles Blount, Knight, sued in the Exchequer by William Day in Michaelmas 1638 by English bill for detaining the tythe of his hay, and copies of the testimony of Thomas Clerke, John Freeman, Nicholas Horne, John Ironmonger, Griffin Kirsel, John Rawkins, Lawrence Tovey, Joan West, Francis Whittel, John Wilde and Toby Mathew, with Day's observations upon the same. In Day's hand.
