William Day v. Sir Charles Blunt et al., for the recovery of the rights of the Church. 1639.
Bill to the Barons of the Exchequer of William Day, debtor to the crown, against the Dean and canons of Windsor. Sir Charles Blount claims that he holds the manors of Chausey and Gurney discharged from the payment of tythes claimed by Day, by virtue of a lease from the Dean and Cannons to one John Sonnybank, of Lincoln's Inn, of Beckeharlewens Tythes. Day prays for a writ of subpoena to the Dean and Canons to show their right to the foregoing.
