William Day v. Walter Blount and Richard Fletcher, for non-payment of rent for tythes.
Warrant from William Knollys and Thomas Brigham, by the authority of a commission of the Court of the Exchequer, to William More, esquire, William Blount, gentleman, Antony Lybb, gentleman, George Bulmore, gentleman, Francis Postgate and Samuel Collins, doctor of physic, to appear on Wednesday 15th October next between 8 and 9 in the morning at the dwelling house of Henry Laulie at Collins End in the parish of Whitchurch, co. Oxford, to speak upon oath what they know of such articles or interrogatories as shall be exhibited before them on behalf of William Day.

(1) Octagonal, 13 x 10mm. Armorial: First and fourth, on a field semee of crosses crosslet, a cross moline, second and third, on a chevron three roses. Helmet, mantling, crest an elephant (Knollys).
