William Day v. Walter Blount, Richard Fletcher, Griffin Kirsel, William Turner, et al., concerning tythes.
Order, upon further hearing of the cause, and the defendant's counsel insisting upon a modus decimandi, that both sides shall agree upon an issue, that a trial may be had concerning the said modus decimandi or otherwise the cause shall be set down to be further heard on Monday next come sennight at Sergeant's Inn.
