William Day v. Walter Blount, Richard Fletcher, Griffin Kirsel, William Turner, et al., concerning tythes.
Order, that the defendants shall agree upon a modus decimani and for what particular lands and tythes they allege the same to have been used, so that the matter can come to a trial before a jury of the county of Oxen at the latter end of next term.
