Ryc. Blount, London, to Mr Day, proposing an agreement. "Thare be many honest men in the parish that I could be well contented to referre the buisiness unto (it you please) rather then goe a litigious way which may soone cost more then the tithes doe come to as yet, and in my opinion it ware a very praeposterous course to use the ultimum remedium in the first place."
