George Hussey, Wattleton Farm, Beaconsfield, to Thomas Batcheldor, esquire, Mr Rolfe desires him to state that the Hall Barn Park Estate was sold by the executors of the late Sir Gore Ouseley, Bart, in 1847 to John Hargreaves, esquire and the lease of Burnham Wood was pointed out to him, and Mr Rolfe has no doubt Mr Hargreaves will renew the lease.
