Content description
John Shaw, Christ's Hospital, to Thomas Batcheldor, esquire, Windsor. The plans will be inserted on the Haverstock Hill leases and ready any day after Tuesday. The recently established London Cemetary Company has applied for the site of Primrose Hill and the 18 acre field next the park. Would the College sell it if the company obtained an Act of Parliament enabling them to do so? Will Batcheldor consult Mr Bethell as "I do not feel authorised to enterain the proposal as in all probability the object will be objectionable however respectable the parties may be."
