Content description
William Tooke, Private, to the Rev George Bethell, exculpating himself, and inculpating Batcheldor, for the delays shewn in the accompanying letter. This letter, of the same date, tells of an appointment with Mr Higgins to attend at the Office of Woods to examine the plans and schedules preparatory to Lord Lincoln's officially taking charge of the Bill; and of the delay in getting Mr Pocock's title approved by the Master.
