Content description
Indenture of agreement, between the Provost and John Smyth, the elder, for a certain sum of money paid to the College and the surrendereing of an old lease to William Smythe, that at or before one half year immediately preceding the expiration of the lease of 13 November the lessors shall make a lease of the premises to the lessee for 20 years, rent £34 15s 2d.
