Indenture of lease by the Provost and College to George Robynson, citizen and barber of London, and Julian, his wife, of a tenement or tenements with two stables annexed to the same on the west, situated between a tenement and rents late of Thomas Knolles on the north and a capital tenement of the lessors on the south, next le Crane in the Vintry, London. To hold from Lady day next for 32 years. Rent 40s payablein quarterly instalments. The lessees to repair the premises. The lessors may distrain if the rent is unpaid by six weeks.
