Indenture of confirmation by the Prior of the Church of the Blessed Mary of Merton and the convent there to the College of Eton of all tythes which belong to them by their right as rectors of the parish church of Upton, from a pool in the Thames within the parish of Upton called Bullokeslok, with all the fishery and waters thereto pertaining, viz. from the east corner of the landor close of the King called le Werde on the west up to the fishery called Cokkeshole on the east, with four heytes and all other appurtenances, and all those lands, tenements, meadows, grazing and pastures, with streams and all appurtenances called Mychelmylwardeshay Millepond alias Milledam and Cowepennyng lying next Eton between the Thames on the east and the high way leading from New Windsor to le Slough on the north and extending along the bank of the Thames from le Werde for 40 feet beyond Cowepennyng on the east, which the College had by grant of the said convent in exchange for 100s yearly which the Abbot of Redyng paid the College for the farm of lands and tenements in Esthenrith, co. Berks. To hold as long as they hold the premises by virtue of the said exchange.
Seal of the priory, green was, on plaited green slightly chipped at bottom.
