Indenture of lease, by George Viscount Townshend, to Thomas Barker, the younger, of Kittlestone, farmer, of a messuage of farmhouse with lands belonging (except a meadow called Lord's Meadow) in Shipdham, now or late in the occupation of William Gathon, reserving timber, liberty or ingress etc. From 10 October last for 14 years. Rent £135. Provisions concerning repairs, maintenance, cultivation etc.
