Content description
Indenture of lease, by George Viscount Townshend, to Robert Coe, of Shipdham, farmer, and George Payne, of the same, farmer, of a messuage of farmhouse with lands belonging (except a meadow called Lord's Meadow) in Shipdham, now or late in the occupation of William Gathon, reserving timber, liberty or ingress etc, now in the occupation of the said Coe. From 10 October last for 15 years. Rent £135. Provisions concerning repairs, maintenance, cultivation etc.
