Indenture of lease, by Charles, Marquis Cornwallis to Edward Turnor, esquire, for 5s of a farm at Shipdham containing 248 acres 3 roods 37 perches, now in the occupation of Fuller Pecks at the rent of £335; and another farm there containing 295 acres 2 roods 12 perches, now in the occupation of John Lock at a rent of £430; and another farm there containing 310 acres 17 perches, now in the occupation of [ ] Cordy at a rent of £500, which farm and lands are part of certain hereditaments conveyed to the said Marquis Cornwallis by indentures of lease and release of 11 and 12 August 1815 (ECR 53 10, 11, 12). For one year. Rent a peppercorn.
