Indenture of bargain and sale, by Charles, Marquis Cornwallis to Edward Turnor, esquire, for £12,000 of a farm at Shipdham containing 248 acres 3 roods 37 perches, another farm there containing 295 acres 2 roods 12 perches, and another farm there containing 310 acres 17 perches, with the proviso that if the grantor shall pay the grantee in the Common Dining Hall of Lincoln's Inn the said sum of £12, 000 with interest at £4 10s per £100 by equal half-yearly payments on 7 August next and 7 February 1819, the grantee shall release the premises to the grantor.
