Draft of articles of agreement, between Stephen Weston, of Eton, gentleman, and John Bulter, of Eton, tailor. Weston agrees that Butler may enclose part of a garden in Eton (described) with a brick wall eight feet high 'so that no overlooking may be made into the said garden'.
