Content description
Draft of articles of agreement, between William Ford, of Eton, yeoman, and Stephen Weston, of Eton, gentleman. For a rent of £3 10s Ford agrees that Weston may hold a cottage, wherein Mrs Bartlett late dwelt, lately erected in a close called Two Acres at the end near the town, with so much yard or garden room as Mrs Bartlett enjoyed, for three years from Lady Day last, with right to convert the same into a stable if he wants.
