Content description
Covenant by John Kendall, of Eton, Innholder, with the Provost to provide at his own cost sufficient hay, oats and straw for the use of the horses belonging to the Provost of Kings College, Cambridge, (not exceeding ten) when he comes to Eton to attend the election of scholars there, and to receive the said horses into the stable adjoining the barn at the Christopher Inn, for one week each year, for as long as he shall be tenant of the said Inn. Bond in £5 for observing this undertaking.
