Samuel Fenning, Royal Exchange Assurance office, to Edward Tew, esquire. Acting merely as trustees of the estate held under the College by Mr Russell, he cannot enter into any agreement for a renewal of the lease. He will try to find Mr Russell's residence and communicate to him the proposal made for the extension of his lease.
