Content description
James Russell, at Mr Barron's no. 11 James Street, Westminster, to Rev Dr Tew. A copy of the Bursar's letter to Mr Fenning respecting the leasehold premises at Eton, late Mrs Marshall's is transmitted to him as the tenant for life of the same under the will of Mrs Mary Arnold. The subsisting lease is assigned to Mr Fenning as trustee for a Mr Rattray, for securing the payment of an annuity granted by Russell some time ago. A new lease must presumably be in Russell's own name and he should be described as "of Datchet in the county of Bucks gentleman."
