Samuel Lesingham, Hackney, to the Rev Mr William Cooke, stating that he receives no rent from his tenant, that repairs on the farm and building a new barn, the old being burned down by lightning, cost him this year fully £200, and asking whether it will be kind or right to raise the fine at this time. Is too old and infirm to meet the College inan inspection of the estate. His agent, Mr Peter Hansell, an attorney at Reading, will act for hm.
