Mixed Estates: Letter concerning selling estates
Item
22 April 1801
1 folio
William Frogatt, to [the Bursar]. Understanding the College are about to sell other estates to redeem the Land tax upon their livings and conceiving they will dispose of those that are the least productive in income which he presumes to be the manors with their manorial rights, fines upon admittance and quit rents, from which there are so many outgoings, he would be gland (if this is the case) to treat for those of Bledlow, Weedonbeck and Everdon. Concerning Salisbury's mortgage.
