Indenture of lease, by Joseph Goodall, Provost, the sole acting trustee appointed by the will of the Rev Thomas Chamberlayne, late of Eton, clerk, deceased, to William Large, of Besthorpe, co. Norfolk, farmer, of a messuage or dwelling house with lands containing about 83 acres 2 roods 17 perches in Hingham and Scoulton, co. Norfolk, now in the occupation of Thomas Wallison, except timber etc. With free ingress, egress and regress and the right to hunt, course, shoot and sport on the premises. From 11 October next for 12 years. Rent £80. For every licence in writing of the lessor, the lessee shall pay £50. With various provisions concerning husbandry.
