Counterpart of lease, by the Rev Charles Old Goodford, Provost, the sole acting trustee under the will of Rev Thomas Chamberlayn, to William Large, of Hingham, farmer, of a messuage or dwelling house with lands containing about 83 acres 2 roods 17 perches in Hingham and Scoulton, co. Norfolk, now in his occupation. From 11 October last for 12 years. Rent £120 and £50 for every acre converted into tillage.
