Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to William Tomkins, of New Broad Street, London, upholsterer, and John Frederick Gill, of the parish of St Martin in the Fields, gentleman, upon surrender of a lease to Thomas Cooper and Audry Cooper, of a tenement with a little barn and a garden appertaining in Maidenhead, and an acre of arable lying in two pieces in the field called the North Towne filde in Cookeham. From Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent 8s 10¾d and 1½ bushels of wheat and 5 bushels ½ peck of malt, or their money equivalent.
