Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to William Parker, of Maidenhead, gentleman, upon surrender of his former lease, of a tenement with a little barn and a garden appertaining in Maidenhead, and an acre of arable lying in two pieces in the field called the North Towne filde in Cookeham. From Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent 8s 10¾d and 13 gallons 2 quarts of wheat, 46 gallons of malt, or their money equivalent.
