Counterpart of lease, 12 January 1631 -2, by the Provost and College, to Nicholas Pay, of the city of Westminster, esquire, of the tenement in Maydenhead, now or late in the occupation of Henry Randall; the 3 tenements in Hedgley or Farnham Royall, now or late in the occupation of William Randall; the tenement in Farnham Royall, now or late in the occupation of John Cheinye; the tenement in Langley Marrsh, now or late in the tenure of Thomas Damsell, with 2½ acres; and the tenement in Iver, now or late in the occupation of Charles Monke, gentleman. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent £5 and 12 bushels of wheat and 9 quarters of malt, or their money equivalent.
