Counterpart of a lease, by the Provost and College, to John Lee, Richard Westbrook and James Westbrook, trustees on behalf of James and Richard Allridge under the will of Giles Colsell, late of Burnham, deceased, upon surrender of a lease to the said Giles, of Woodmancoats. From old Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent £7 10s.
