Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, to Gregory Baker, of New Windesor, gentleman, upon surrender of the foregoing, of parcels of ground called Hillfeild, Bagbridge, Shipcottfeild, Demyfeild, and Lee, with a meadow adjacent, and crofts called Culverhowse crofte, Dennefilde and Bugridge crofte, with all woods and underwoods except all timber trees, in Hitchendon or Wickham, co. Bucks. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 26s 8d, and 4 bushels of wheat and 2 quarters of malt or their money equivalent.
