Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, upon surrender of a former lease, to Samuel Collens, Doctor of Phissick and a Fellow of the Colledg of Phisitians in London, of parcels of ground called Hillfeild, Bagbridge, Shipcottfeild, Demyfeild, and Lee, with a meadow adjacent, and crofts called Culverhowse crofte, Dennefilde and Bugridge crofte, with all woods and underwoods except all timber trees, in Hitchendon or Wickham, co. Bucks. From Lady day last for 21 years. Rent 26s 8d, and 4 bushels of wheat and 2 quarters of malt or their money equivalent.
