Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to Charles Shard, of Hedgerley Park, esquire, of a piece of arable land containing 5 acres 1 rood 16 poles, being part of Green Field in Hedgerley, now in the occupation of Shard or his under-tenants, except all timber to the lessees, with right of ingress etc. From old Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent £5 10s.
