Admission, at a view of frankpledge and court of the manor and hundred of Crondall held on 21 September 1726, before William Pescod, esquire, steward, of William Graham, of the parish of St Mary Reading, linen draper, to a messuage or tenement with a garden belonging, called Normans, in Yately, surrendered by John Brateledge to Richard Bull and Henry Harrison, two customary tenants [on 22 September 1726 sic] to the use of the said Graham. For the customary rents and services. Heriot 2s 6d. Fine 1s.
