Memorandum of surrender, by Thomas Hammond, senior, a customary tenant of the manor of Crondall, by the acceptance of George Taylor and James Courtney, two tenants, of a messuage or tenement with the gardens, turfhouse and barn belonging, and one acre, also 2 acres enclosed in the common field and 4 pieces more lying in the common field in Yately near Wellmore Bottom, to the use of Thomas Hammond, his son, and his heirs for ever.
