Memorandum of surrender, by John Hockley, a customary tenant of the manor of Crondall, by the acceptance of Thomas Bunch and William Hatt, two tenants, of a messuage or tenement with 3 acres of land, commonly called Hammonds, near Well Moor Bottom in Yately, to the use of Edward Stent, of Yately, sawyer. If Hockley pays Stent £100 on the first day of the next General Court of the Manor, with interest at the rate of 5%, the surrender shall be void. Signatures of Hockley, Bunch and Hatt.
