Admission, at a court of the manor and hundred of Crondall held on 16 May 1764 before John Eames, esquire, steward, of William Mitchell, of Chertsey, carpenter, to a cottage or tenement and garden belonging, called Normans, in Yately, surrendered by Francis Chase, John Chase and William Russell, devisees and executors of the will of John Clarke, deceased, to the use of the said Mitchell. For the customary rents and services. Fine 1s.
