Indenture of lease by the Provost and College to Thomas Cooke, of Leomynster, gentleman, of the site of the rectory or parsonage of Leomynster with all appurtenances in Leominster, Poling, Hampton and Arundell, except the advowson of the vicarage of Leomynster and Poling. From Michaelmas last for 23 years. Rent 21 quarters and 2 bushels of wheat and £8 10s. The lessee to provide man's meat and horse meat for the Provost and College or their officers who shall come on College business for 2 nights and 1 day a year. The lessee to make a true terrar of all glebe lands belongning to the rectory within 3 years.
