Indenture of lease, by master Harry Bost, Provost of Eton, to Robert Hakisby, priest, Thomas Bolde, Richard Bedill and Robert Downer, of the parsonage called Mynchyn Bernes with all its houses within the parish of Clympyng, also all lands, meadows etc pertaining to the same. From St John the Baptist's Day last for 5 years. Rent £12. The lessee at the beginning of his term to repair all the said houses and pales and closures and ditches, and to find the timber for such repairs as are needed throughout his term. If the rent is in arrears by 15 days the lessor may enter and distrain.
