Copy of the Record in the Augmentation Office for Ockeley and Bromham Rectories purchased for Eton College.
Ockeley. The farm of the Rectory is valued at £11 16s 8d, viz £12 less 3s 4d for procurations and sinodals paid to the Bishop of Lincoln.
The rectory is leased to Richard Daye by indenture of 4th August 1534 for £2 (sic) years from the death of John Vyan, clerk.
Bromeham. The farm of the Rectory is valued at £8 3s 4d viz £11 less 56s 8d for the pensions of the Vicar (40s) and procurations and sinodals (16s 8d).
The rectory is leased to John Warnett by indenture of 7th October 1527 from Lady Day 1528 for 23 years.
The copy, examined by Richard Brasier, Deputy Auditor, has been made on 1st June 1547 for the College of Eton.
